18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female with any age, normal brain function, be able to cooperate and correctly understand Chinese; 2. Patients who plan to undergo inguinal hernia repair; 3. ASA I to III; 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term use of opioids or non-steroidal analgesics anti-inflammatory drugs; 2. Allergies to any drugs (local anesthetics, opioids, etc.) used in this study; 3. Preoperative neuropathological changes in the inguinal area on the affected side, history of surgery or hip surgery or trauma, or bilateral feeling asymmetry in the inguinal area; 4. Coagulation dysfunction (APPT exceeding the upper limit of normal value, INR>1.4, platelet count < 80*10^9/L); 5. Subjects who had participated in other drugs within the past 3 months; 6. Local skin infection and bleeding at the puncture site of anesthesia.
