Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 0 months to 6 months; 2. meet the diagnostic criteria for high-risk children; 3. GMs abnormalities or AIMs assessment <10%; 4. The guardian of the child have informed consent to receive the clinical trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are observers of effect indicators that may affect the study; 2. children with visual acuity and hearing abnormalities; 3. Those who voluntarily withdraw or lose their visits halfway.
