Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Over 18 years of age; (2) Underwent mechanical heart valve replacement; (3) More than two months after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of mental illness; (2) Do not have the intelligence and language ability to complete the questionnaire.
