Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for myopia group were as follows: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of myopia, medical myopia = -0.50D; (2) aged 18 to 40 years; (3) those who are informed, willing to be tested. The inclusion criteria of the normal group were as follows: (1) those with normal naked far vision, medical myopia < -0.50D; (2) aged 18 to 40 years; (3) those who are informed, willing to be tested.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) those who are unwilling to be investigated or inspected; (2) those with mental disorders who cannot cooperate; (3) Those whose refractive stroma is turbid and unable to see the fundus of the eye; (4) Iris adhesion pupil can not be dilated; (5) Intraocular pressure > 21 mmHg, or slit lamp anterior segment examination indicated shallow anterior chamber, narrow angle, iris dilatation; (6) Combined with other eye diseases, such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular disease, optic nerve disease, uveitis, etc.; (7) Combined with other systemic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, etc.; (8) Smokers and drinkers; (9) BMI 23.9 kg/m2; (10) During pregnancy and lactation.
