20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with pathologically diagnosed primary non-small cell lung cancer who received thoracoscopic surgery; (2) patients were not treated with antibiotics before surgery; (3) patients with complete medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative presence of clear lung infection or heart, brain, kidney related diseases; (2) patients with intraoperative bleeding greater than 1000 ml; (3) transfer to open chest surgery patients; (4) patients receiving neoadjuvant therapy.
