Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Corrected visual acuity (> 0.8) (international standard visual acuity chart); 2. diopter + 1.00D ~ - 3.00D range; 3. aged 18-70 years old; 4. BMI value within 18.5-23.9 range; 4. informed consent, volunteer subjects. The subjects were not allowed to participate in the experiment if they chose "No" for any of the above answers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Refractive media opacity is difficult to evaluate fundus images; 3. Patients with severe ocular diseases such as glaucoma, uveitis, age-related macular degeneration and optic neuropathy; 4. Patients with diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, cardiovascular disease and other serious diseases and psychosis; 5. Long-term smoking and drinking history.
