65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of 65 years or older who were scheduled to undergo elective major non-cardiac surgery with expected duration= 2 hours under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refused to participate the trial; 2. Emergency surgery; 3. Audition,vision or language could not complete delirium assessment; 4. Schizophrenic patients; 5. Severe cognitive impairment,such as dementia; 6. ASA = 4 grade.
