Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 25 to 40 years; 2. HIV-1 infected patients who started antiviral therapy between January 1, 2015 and December 31, 2016; 3. The number of CD 4+ T cells in the peripheral blood was less than 200 cells/ul after antiviral treatment for more than half a year. 4. In the course of antiviral therapy, plasmaViral load (HIV-1 RNA) was lower than 20CP/ml and NK cell reinfusion therapy was accepted or not. 5. Compliance was good. As of December 31, 2018, the effective follow-up time (with CD4 test results) exceeded 2 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Low complianace; 2. Antiviral resistance.
