Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Couples of newly reported cases identified from 1st February, 2019 to 31st December, 2020; 2. Spouses with one HIV positive and the other negative; 3. Aged 18 to 49 years with informed consent; 4. There is at least one sexual contact between the couples one year before being included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Seroconversion occurs for the negative partner within three months; 2. The positive partner has male homosexual behavior; 3. The couples have separated for half a year or more before being included; 4. Patients or his/her partners who suffer from serious mental disorder or other diseases, incapable of being investigated.
