Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetes as defined in World Health Organization (WHO) standards; 2. Poor glycemic control in patients treated with one or more oral medicines, Researchers believe that patients requiring initial premixed insulin analogues; 3. HbA1c (>8%) at the time of admission; 4. Aged 18 to 80 years; 5. Patients are willing to receive premixed insulin analogues; 6. Patients can use their own Wechat account independently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to be pregnant during the study period; 2. Patients who had used any type of insulin for more than two weeks and were using any type of insulin in the first half of the year of admission; 3. Previous serious medical illness or other condition that the researcher determined could prevent the patient from participating in the study; 4. Patients who are participating in other online glucose management projects.
