Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stage I-IIA NSCLC or benign pulmonary nodules as confirmed by surgery and pathology; 2. Nodules of 8 mm to 3 cm in size (solid and mixed nodules predominate, with a small amount of pure ground-glass nodules); 3. With a resection of lung nodules scheduled; 4. Initial diagnosis without receiving any tumor-specific treatment; 5. Agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with a history of bone marrow or cell transplantation; 3. Patients with other concurrent tumors; 4. Patients with tumor recurrence; 5. Patients with a history of allogeneic blood transfusion within recent 6 months.
