18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The informed consent has been signed; (2) Aged 18-75 years; (3) The common bile duct stones were confirmed by abdominal color Doppler ultrasonography, CT or MRCP before operation, and other diseases such as intrahepatic bile duct stones, gallbladder stones and cholangiocarcinoma were excluded; (4) Preoperative blood pressure was controlled below 160/100 mmHg, fasting blood glucose was below 9.5 mmol/L, no fever, shock and other symptoms were found, and absolute surgical contraindications were excluded. Upper abdomen B-mode ultrasonography can be performed every 6 months. Can take medicine regularly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) choledocholithiasis with other biliary tract diseases or tumors; (2) Patients with central nervous system diseases, psychiatric disorders, unstable angina pectoris, congestive heart failure, severe arrhythmia or other uncontrollable serious diseases; (3) Acute cholecystitis, cholangitis and biliary obstruction; (4) Pregnancy, lactation or urinary pregnancy test were positive; (5) Other contraindications with surgery.
