18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Long-term residence of Tibetan plateau; 2. Diagnosed as type 2 diabetes, aged from 18-80 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as diabetic retinopathy already; 2. Diagnosed as acute or chronic kidney disease; 3. Blood systerm disease (including anemia and myelodysplastic Syndrom),subjects who need blood transfusion or with a history of blood transfusion in recently three months; 4. A History of bleeding or surgery; 5. Subjests with ALT=3X and other live disease, such as hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease and liver cirrhosis; 6. Other serious disease, such as heart failure, renal failure and cancer; 7. Acute and chronic inflammation, autoimmune disease, CRP >10.0mg/L; 8. Acute stress state; 9. Expectation of life is less than 2 years; 10. Serious mental illness.
