18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Long-term residence in Tibetan plateau; 2. Aged from 18-80 years old; 3. Volunteer of participating in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Blood systerm disease (including anemia and myelodysplastic Syndrom),subjects who need blood transfusion or with a history of blood transfusion in recently three months; 2. A History of bleeding or surgery; 3. Subjests with ALT=3X and other live disease, such as hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease and liver cirrhosis; 4. Other serious disease, such as heart failure, renal failure and cancer; 5. Acute and chronic inflammation, autoimmune disease, CRP >10.0mg/L; 6. Acute stress state; 7. Serious mental illness.
