Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological diagnosis verified primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC); 2. Aged 18-70 years old; 3. Both Gender, pregnacy test of female patients must be negative; 4. pathological stage: BCLC B-C stage; 5. liver function stage: Child-Pugh stage A and B, B phase less than / equal to 7 points; 6. Hormone use during immunotherapy: no large dose of dexamethasone was used within 30 days before immunotherapy, dosage less than 1 mg/day during treatment, vaccination (+ 1 week) without hormone; 7. before entering the group, the KPS score was more than 80; 8. Laboratory criteria before admission: absolute neutrophil (>1 *10^9), platelet count (>50 *10^9), prothrombin time and partial thromboplastin time (< 1.5 times the normal value); 9. signing informed consent; Consent for treatment is not acceptable except for other treatments than those discussed by MDT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. did not meet the inclusion criteria, BCLC D stage, Child-Pugh stage B phase >7 and C phase. 2. in the first 8 weeks of admission, they received experimental drugs or other immunological clinical trials. 3. immunodeficiency, known immunosuppressive diseases or HIV. 4. active infection, fever of unknown origin. 5. serious or unstable diseases such as heart, lung, kidney and hematopoietic system. 6. autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis. 7. nervous system diseases, diffuse leptomeningeal diseases, and neurodegenerative diseases. 8. allergy history, allergy to vaccine ingredients. 9. the use of hormones during immunotherapy: the dosage of dexamethasone exceeded 2mg/ days during immunotherapy. 10. special case: pregnancy or lactation.
