Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of COPD; 2. Aged = 40 years old; 3. The condition was stable in the past 4 weeks without acute exacerbation; 4. In the past 4 weeks, did not participate in other interventional clinical studies that may affect the results of this study; 5. Patients with malnutrition (<90% IBW); 6. Can provide signed informed consent, better understanding and coordination during the trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently diagnosed with asthma; 2. Previous lung resection, or lung volume reduction surgery within 12 months prior to screening; 3. Other active or clinically significant respiratory diseases and other serious organic diseases that have significant effects on the study: such as active tuberculosis, lung cancer, bronchiectasis, sarcoidosis, pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary hypertension, Subjects with interstitial lung disease, cystic fibrosis, bronchiolitis obliterans, or other active lung disease; 4. Acute or exacerbation of pneumonia and/or moderate or severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease within the last 4 weeks; 5. Lactose intolerance.
