Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with or without esstional hypertension(systolic/diastolic is greater than120/80mmHg) are diagnosed with carotid plaque,and the intima-media thickness (IMT)of the carotid plaque is greater than 1.5mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The diseases of diabetes, immune system,heart and rinal dysfuntion; the poor quality of images because of the stronger carotid pulsation and so on.
