Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who undergoing pancreatic surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had received preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy; Patients who had received preoperative immunosuppressive agents; patients with history of mental illness or severe liver and kidney dysfunction; patients with previous pancreatic surgery; patients who had participated in other clinical trials within three months.
