Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18~70 years old, living on plateau for more than one year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having suffered from blood diseases such as anemia or long-term blood transfusion; 2. Heavy drinking (male > 210 g/week, female > 140 g/week); 3. HBV carriers, chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis patients, patients with abnormal aminotransferase (ALT or GGT is twice the normal upper limit); 4. At present, it is in the period of acute infection of disease; 5. Suffering from malignant tumors; 6. Patients with chronic kidney disease; 7. Patients with communication inconvenience.
