Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese living in Hong Kong for more than 3 years; 2. Aged 18 or above, no upper age limit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who are unable to give consent or who have conditions rendering them incapable to answer questionnaires or provide samples.
