Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute aortic dissection: (1) Patients were diagnosed as acute aortic dissection by CT in our hospital; (2) Patients were first diagnosed as acute aortic dissection; (3) Written informed consent was obtained from all participants; 2. Healthy patients as control group: (1) Healthy examiners who underwent thoracic and abdominal CT examination; (2) Participents without aortic-related diseases; (3) Written informed consent was obtained from all participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other causes of aortic dissection such as Marfan syndrome or other connective tissue diseases, bicuspid aortic valve, iatrogenic or traumatic dissection, syphilis or other inflammatory diseases of the aorta; 2. pregnancy; 3. Patients with diseases affecting the occurrence of renal and hepatic cysts, such as end-stage renal disease, hydronephrosis, polycystic kidney and polycystic liver; 4. Patients with incomplete information.
