Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients were met the second part; 2. IF patients were not meet the second part, Aged >18 years; Diagnosed as acute viral pneumonia, diagnose criteria: (1) Clinical manifestations: fever, cough, headache, muscle pain, or epidemiological history; (2) The pathogen specimen was positive: any one kind of respiratory specimen (nasopharyngeal secretions, sputum, endotracheal aspiration, BALF) is positive: 1) nucleic acid of virus; 2) virus antigen; 3) the virus was isolated from respiratory specimen; 4) dynamic detetion of acute phase and recovery phase of serum, virus specific antibody level was 4 times or more increased; 3. Meet one of the following conditions: (1) 150mmHg 60mmHg; P/F =100mmHg. diagnosed as acute viral pneumonia and meet the Berlin Definition of ARDS with mechanical ventilation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women; 2. body weight>1kg/cm OR BMI>45kg/m2; 3. cardiac shock; 4. Heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT); 5. cardiac arrest; 6. agonal stage; 7. hernia cerebri,CNS seriously injured; 8. Abnormal blood vessels cannot be catheterized.
