Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for MRI examination before and after sedation: healthy subjects aged 18 to 40 years; Inclusion criteria before and after induction of general anesthesia: patients aged 18 to 65 who need cannulation for elective surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with definite history of difficult airway disease; ASA >= grade 3; preoperative Hct < 35%, preoperative Hb < 110g/L; severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; complicated with severe cardiopulmonary disease; history of abnormal coagulation function; patients refused to accept.
