Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers aged 18-40 years old were fasting for 6 hours before the test; 2. Agree to volunteer to participate in the study; 3. good health, no combined digestive tract and cardiovascular disease, no liver and kidney dysfunction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Obesity with body mass index over 30 kg / m2, pregnancy, drug abuse or alcohol abuse, multiple heartburns per week, history of gastroesophageal reflux or any history of esophageal or gastric surgery. Volunteers take medications that may alter the pressure of the gastroesophageal sphincter, including anticholinergics (including atropine, Glon), dopamine and derivatives, sodium nitroprusside, ganglion blockers, antihistamines, corticosteroids, topical Nicotine, tricyclic antidepressants, beta adrenergic stimulants, opioids and oral contraceptives.
