65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing thoracoscopic thoracic surgery under elective general anesthesia; 2. Single lung ventilation is needed during operation; 3. Stay in hospital for at least 2 days after operation; 4. American anaesthetist association health grade asa II-III; 5. Aged >= 65 years 6. With completed preoperative lung function examination report.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poor lung function who can not tolerate single lung ventilation before operation; 2. Preoperative bronchiectasis, respiratory tract infection, persistent cough and sputum, more secretions in the lungs; 3. Any condition not applicable to eit measurements (pacemakers, automatic implantable defibrillators, implantable pumps); 4. Preoperative hemodynamic instability; 5. Estimated peep titration intolerable
