Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grading II to III, Patients aged 60-90 years with hip fractures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combined with severe cardiopulmonary disease and liver and kidney dysfunction; Have a history of chronic pain and taking analgesics for a long time; With a history of allergy to anesthetics and analgesics; With Severe peripheral disease; With local skin damage and infection; With neuropathy or Mental and neurological disorders; With severe hearing or visual impairment and can't communicate in language, can't understand and fill in the assessment form accurately; Refuse to participate in the test.
