Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged at least 18 years old; 2. Duration: unlimited; 3. Indication: patients diagnosed as MGD and excluded MGD and other ocular surface disorders normal subjects; 4. Subjects fully understand the condition and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who had received ocular surgery; 2. those who used oral or topical antibiotics within 10 days; 3. those who used corneal contact lens within 3 months; 4. those who suffer from other ocular surface diseases; 5. patients with severe systemic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, autoimmune diseases; 6. patients who have partipated in other drug clinical trial in the last three months; 7. can not regularly follow-up or failure to cooperate with researchers.
