16 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cervical vertebrae trauma: acute atlas fracture, atlantoaxial complex fracture, lower cervical spine fracture, dislocation, ligament injury with dislocation diagnosed by CT and MRI, age 18 years and older, received non-acute in the post-traumatic acute phase Surgical treatment; follow-up for more than two years. Thoracic and lumbar vertebrae trauma: older than 16 years of age at the time of injury; can clearly describe the history of trauma and high-energy injury (high fall, car accident); clear thoracic and lumbar fractures after injury Conservative treatment rather than surgical intervention was performed; trauma history was more than 10 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cervical vertebrae trauma: previous fractures or pathological fractures, anatomical variants such as Klippel-Feil syndrome; acute treatment of atlas fractures; previous history of cervical surgery; follow-up less than 2 years. Thoracic and lumbar vertebrae trauma: male over 70 years old / female over 50 years old at the moment of trauma; low energy injury (fall of flat land, no clear history of trauma); pathological fracture of vertebral body due to tumor, infection; post-injury to last MRI The interval between examinations is less than 10 years; the detail history of injury and treatment cannot be described.
