Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetes established by the Chinese Society of Endocrinology in 2013; 2. According to the diagnostic criteria of DPN (1) Type 2 diabetes mellitus was diagnosed.B. Ask for a clear history of symmetrical polyneuropathy of the distal end of diabetes (numbness, sensory abnormalities, etc.); (2) At the same time, one or more of the five physical signs including ankle reflex, needle pain, vibration, pressure and temperature were identified as positive; (3) No DPN-related symptoms were found in the patient's history, but two or more of them met the positive criteria in the order of ankle reflex, needle pain, vibration, pressure and temperature; (4) Confirmation: DPN can be diagnosed by satisfying any of the first and second or third of the above three articles.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) with other nervous system diseases (such as cervical and lumbar spine disease, cerebral infarction, Guillain-Barre syndrome, renal insufficiency peripheral neuropathy, etc.); (2) with other system serious diseases (such as malignant tumors, cerebral infarction, etc.); (3) and other factors (such as chronic alcoholism, drugs, metal poisoning, etc.) that may cause peripheral neuropathy.
