Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients those above 18 years old, meet the diagnostic criteria of direct inguinal hernia and are willing to perform laparoscopic inguinal herniorrhaphy, and get rid of exclusion criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with acute respiratory tract infection one week before operation; patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction and intolerance to general anesthesia; patients with uncontrollable preoperative blood pressure and blood sugar by medical treatment; patients with bilateral inguinal hernia.
