Group 2:Routine therapy plus placebo for patients with colorectal cancer (preoperative + postoperative)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with colorectal cancer: (1) Surgical laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer; (2) Aged 40 to 80 years; (3) The operation time was 1-4 hours; (4) Anesthesia time 1.5-4.5 hours; (5) TCM syndrome type belongs to Qi stagnation and Qi deficiency; (6) Informed consent. 2. Healthy people: (1) Those who have not undergone major surgery; (2) Age 40 to 80 years; (3) No basic diseases, no hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular, liver, kidney, brain, lung and other serious complications; (4) Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with colorectal cancer: (1) Malignant tumors with cachexia and extreme weakness in the late stage. (2) Extended radical resection is necessary for malignant tumors. (3) Severe complications such as cardiovascular disease, liver disease, kidney disease, brain disease and lung disease. (4) Hypertension, diabetes, drug control effect is not good. (5) Mental illness. (6) Drug allergies. (7) Pregnant or lactating women. (8) In patients with severe malnutrition, serum albumin was less than 21 g/L and prealbumin was less than 0.10 g/L. (9) Relapse of abdominal surgery with severe intestinal adhesions. (10) Those who bleed more than 400 mL during the operation and those who needed blood transfusion during or after the operation. (11) Severe complications occurred within 6 hours after operation, or patients transferred to ICU after operation, such as multiple organ dysfunction. (12) Postoperative intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion is necessary. (13) Emergency surgeons. (14) Postoperative use of drugs or therapies that have a significant impact on gastrointestinal function is necessary. (15) Patients who are currently participating in or have participated in other clinical trials within one month before this study. (16) Researchers do not consider it advisable to conduct this clinical study. 2. Healthy people: (1) Researchers do not think it is appropriate to carry out this clinical research.
