18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male between 18 and 60 years old; Newly diagnosed hiv-infected people who infected through sexual transmission and first received antiviral treatment; Persistent participation in antiviral therapy and seven surveys within a year, including questionnaire survey and blood and semen collection; be able to fully understand the informed consent process.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe physical and psychological disorders, mental illness or mental deficiency, inability to understand the purpose of the study.
