Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Under non-thoracic abdominal surgery under general anesthesia; 2. ASA I-II level; 3. BMI <28kg/m2; 4. Aged 18-65 years old; 5. Anesthesia time 2h; 6. Sign the informed consent form and are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Respiratory diseases; 2. Neuromuscular system disease; 3. Diaphragmatic dysfunction; 4. Pneumothorax, pleural effusion, thoracic deformity, mediastinal disease; 5. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 6. Serious internal environment disorder; 7. Liver and kidney dysfunction; 8. Cervical spine injury; 9. History of trauma to the left or left forearm.
