Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for severe pneumonia; 2. Basically meet the conditions of offline tube drawing; 3. Survival time after disease was > for 2 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without spontaneous breathing; 2. Poor sputum reflex; 3. Ventilator dependent.
