Interventions
experimental group:2-5 days before the surgery and 5 days after the surgery for 14 consecutive days, take placebo orally after meal, once a day and 6g (3 packages) every time
control group:2-5days before the surgery and 5 days after the surgery for 14 consecutive days, take Placebo (maltodextrin) orally after meal ,once a day and 6g(3 packages) every time.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. pathologically proven rectal cancer; 2. receive tumor resection for the first time; 3. aged between 18-80 years; 4. Patients and their families gave informed consent and volunteered to join the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency admission to the hospital; 2. There is a history of antibiotic use 10 days before the surgery; 3. No history of probiotic-related products taken 15 days before the surgery; 4. Poor general condition and in severe malnutrition condition (serum protein>3.5gr/dL or NRS 2002 score <3); 5. Diagnosed as inflammatory bowel disease; 6. Participating in clinical trials of other drugs; 7. Patients with immunodeficiency syndrome or patients who have been infected by bacteria.
