Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Only one eye of each patient has a history of acute angle-closure attack,while the other eye was unaffected; 2. Acute angle-closure attack,defined by the presence of at least 2 symptoms (such as ocular pain and nausea /vomiting), increased IOP greater than 21 mm mercury column, and at least 3 findings from the clinical examination (for example,corneal edema,peripheral anterior chamber depth equal to or less than one quarter of the peripheral corneal thickness,gonioscopic examination of angle closure,etc.); 3. The unaffected eye had no symptoms or signs of acute angle-closure attack, glaucomatous optic neuropathy, or reproducible visual field loss.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. High myopia or high hyperopia (mean diopter =±6D); 2. Chronic retinopathy,non-glaucomatous optic neuropathy,history of uveitis,history of ocular trauma and eye diseases that affect the opacity of ocular refractive media; 3. Previous history of eye surgery (except for fully recovered cataract surgery); 4. Patients with not well-controlled hypertension and diabetes.
