18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged between 18 and65, either male or femal; hospitalized patients undergoing perianal abscesses surgerg; pain reported to be 4 or higher (on a scale of 0 to 10), not affecting the vital signs and digital pulse oximeter monitoring; the participants are volunteers and written consent obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe heart, liver, lung, kidney and other systemic diseases and severe mental disorders; Patients with intestinal obstruction;pregnant woman;Nitrous oxide allergy.
