18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Signing written informed consent; 2. Aged 18 to 70 years; 3. histology of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma; 4. Initial diagnosis, never received anti-cancer treatment such as surgery/chemotherapy/radiotherapy/targeted therapy; 5. Diseases measurable according to RECIST standards; 6. PS score 3.0g/dL); 9. Serum AKP is less than twice the normal upper limit (ULN); 10. Total bilirubin 60 ml/min); 12. Absolute neutrophil count (ANC) >2.0 *10^9/L, hemoglobin (Hb) > 9g/dl, platelet (> 90 *10^9/L).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Distant organ metastasis (confirmed or suspected); 2. Previous treatment for esophageal cancer (excluding exploratory surgery); 3. Heart failure, coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction occurred within 6 months prior to enrollment; 4. Esophageal fistula detected by esophagoscopy/esophagography or the risk of esophageal bleeding observed clinically; 5. be allergic to any drug in the study; 6. Pregnancy or lactation; 7. Use of any drug in the study prior to inclusion in the study; 8. Other malignant tumors within five years, except non-melanoma skin cancer; 9. Persons without legal capacity.
