Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with schizophrenia according to ICD-10; 2. Aged 20 to 59 years; 3. Han nationality; 4. Right hand; 5. No other antipsychotics have been changed in the past 6 weeks, and currently taking second-generation antipsychotics; 6. Education year = 6 (graduation of primary school); 7. Weight stability (±5%) for at least 6 months; 8. 5~14 times of stools per week in the past three months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients taking related medicines and drugs that affect brain metabolism; 2. Patients who underwent electroconvulsive therapy within 2 months; 3. There are serious or unstable physical diseases; 4. History of alcohol or drug abuse in the past 12 months, history of dependence in the past 6 months; 5. Have a history of serious drug allergy or are allergic individuals; 6. Continuous administration of intestinal microecological preparations and antibiotics for more than 3 days in the past 2 weeks; 7. Infections in the respiratory tract, digestive tract, urinary system, etc.; 8. History of digestive tract surgery other than appendicitis; 9. Pregnancy and lactation women; 10. Betahistine contraindications: history of digestive ulcers or active digestive ulcers; bronchial asthma; adrenal medullary tumors. Brown cell tumor. Taking histamine drugs at the same time; 11. MRI scan contraindications: patients with cardiac pacemakers, neurostimulators, patients with artificial metal heart valves, claustrophobia, patients with loss of brain trauma, chronic neurological disease.
