Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 90 children with tonsillary/adenoid surgery in our hospital from February 2019 to July 2019, age 1-6, ASAI or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 week before surgery with respiratory infection, asthma, previous history of respiratory surgery, abnormal respiratory structure, difficult airway, allergic drug allergy, obese children (BMI=25 Kg/m2), gastroesophageal reflux disease, mental illness patients and uncooperative
