50 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50 to 85 years; 2. Corresponding to diagnosis standards of benign prostatic hyperplasia in "Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of urological diseases in China"; 3. Corresponding to indications of operation of benign prostatic hyperplasia in "Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of urological diseases in China"; 4. Meet one of the conditions: A serve LUTs, IPSS>7 points; B ineffective medication; C refuse medication; D Qmax 50ml; F No contraindication for operation or finasteride.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking aspirin or NSADS 2 weeks before inception; 2. Taking hormone drugs 6 months before inception or taking 5-reductase inhibitors 3 months before inception; 3. Accompanied urethrostenosis/neurogenic bladder/current UTI/history of operations about prostate/bladder neck/urethra; 4. Uncontrolled medical conditions; 5. Postoperative pathology reports are prostate cancer or other prostate diseases.
