Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) IMH patients; (2) OCT examination after the first macular hole surgery showed that the hole was closed; (3) at least 3 months after IMH surgery, the best corrected vision should not exceed 0.6; (4) the patients agree, understand and cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) there is no record of the best corrected vision; (2) with a history of trauma and a tendency to cheat blindness; (3) having the spirit, intelligence and other factors affecting cooperation; (4) the perimeter detection center of less than 12 degree scope; (5) the refractive medium is cloudy; (6) patients suffering from other eye diseases at the same time, such as: high myopia, glaucoma, AMD, retinal detachment, corneal disease, diabetic retinopathy, etc.; (7) uncooperative patients.
