Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The National Institute of Aging and the Alzheimer's Associations newly revised Diagnostic Criteria for AD (NIA-AA) in 2011 and the Vizamyl-PET age spot imaging gold standard were used as the main basis for enrollment, combining clinical and cognitive criteria (by Guardian or clinician).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Have had other neurological diseases (including stroke, optic myelitis, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, etc.) and ruled out possible vascular, traumatic, medical-induced cognitive decline, unstable or severe heart, lung, liver Diseases of the kidney, hematopoietic system (including unstable angina, uncontrollable asthma, active gastric bleeding, cancer, etc.) and the presence of audiovisual impairments cannot be completed by neuropsychological tests and rating scales. The age of enrollment was 65-80 years old and the race was unanimous. There was no statistical difference between the groups. No antibiotics and alcohol abuse were used in the past month.
