Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with an age more than 18 years old undergoing colonoscoy and sonography; (2) Patients willing to sign consent and to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with colonic surgery; (2) Patients with severe colonic stricture or bowel obstruction; (3) Patients with severe gastroparesis, gastric outlet obstruction and esophageal stricture; (4) Patients with severe psychological diseases, difficulty in communication and disorders of consciousness; (5) Patients with renal dysfunction, heart dysfunction, uncontrolled hypertension and respiratory failure; (6) Patients with gastrointestinal bleeding, liver cirrhosis and acute pancreatitis; (7) Patients with pregnancy and in perinatal period.
