Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 12 to 75 years old; 2. Witnesses; 3. CPR with bystander and no blood flow time less than 5 minutes (no blood flow time is defined as the time from cardiac arrest to the onset of chest compression); 4. The initial rhythm is defibrillation rhythm (ventricular tachycardia or ventricular fibrillation); 5. Refractory cardiac arrest (defined as: patients who failed to regain autonomic circulation after 20 minutes of conventional CPR or who could not maintain 20 minutes after recovery); 6. Cardiac arrest is highly suspicious of cardiogenic causes; 7. Low blood flow time is less than 90 minutes (low blood flow time is defined as the time from chest compression to ECMO run).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. End-stage state of disease (e.g. advanced tumors, end-stage of COPD, etc.); 2. Irreversible brain injury may predict poor prognosis of neurological function; 3. The patient refused (reserved will) or the family refused; 4. There are systemic anticoagulant contraindications (such as active hemorrhage, severe trauma, etc.); 5. Severe aortic insufficiency and aortic dissection.
