Group 1:Yishenzhongzifang, decocted twice a day, oral 200 ml/time
Group 2:Vitamin E capsules, 50mg, once a day, taken orally after meals

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 23 to 50 years; (2) Accord with the diagnostic criteria of idiopathic asthenospermia; (3) TCM syndrome differentiation is deficiency of essence and blood; (4) those with normal sexual function; (5) Sign the informed consent and the volunteers are included in the observation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Spouses with serious gynecological diseases can not exclude the impact on fertility or diagnose infertility; (2) erectile dysfunction and abnormal ejaculation; (3) Those who take antiepileptic drugs, antineoplastic drugs and other drugs that hinder spermatogenesis and sperm motility; (4) congenital malformation of genitals, obstruction of seminal tract, testicular atrophy, etc.; (5) Severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases and hematopoietic system; (6) allergic constitution or allergic to Yishen Zhongzi formulation.
