Age
16 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 16-80 years male or female; 2. time between injury and visit less than 2 days; 3. without any cardio-cerebrovascular disease, pulmonary disease, renal disease and other severe systematic diseases; 4. diagnosed as distal radius, shoulder, elbow and ankle fractures/ dislocations by radiographic evaluation; 5. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. multiple fracture; 2. open fracture (Gustilo I was not included); 3. combined with severe metabolic diseases; 4. patient with history of psychosis, alcohol dependence, drug abuse; 5. woman in time of pregnancy and lactation; 6. patient with history of drug allergy; 7. patient with poor compliance; 8. other condition may not be convenient included in this study.
