18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18-65 years; 2. Use Chinese as primary written language; 3. Primary diagnosis is Major Depressive Disorder; 4. Experienced involuntary negative memory of at least one significant event in the past month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnoses of psychotic disorders, organic brain disease, current substance abuse or intellectual disability; 2. Diagnoses of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Dissociative Disorders and Personality Disorders; 3. In high risk of self-harm or suicide; 4. Unable to give informed consent.
