Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Lung cancer resection patientsunder general anesthesia; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. ASA classification I-II; 4. Understand the informed consent and agree to sign the informed consent before the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease and liver and kidney disease; 2. Allergic patients to naloxone; 3. Patients with opioid addiction or history of drug abuse; 4. The expected survival time after operation is less than 24 hours; 5. Vertigo patients; 6. The reasons why researchers think it is inappropriate to participate in the study.
