Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women plan to have a second child in International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital and Women hospital School of Medicine Zhejiang University from January 2014 to October 2016; 2. The first birth was dilivered between January 2012 and December 2015; 3. The first birth was dilivered in International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital and Women hospital School of Medicine Zhejiang University; 4. Singleton pregnancy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple pregnancy; 2. pregnancy with diabetes mellitus; 3. Women with prior diagnosis of thyroid diseases, or surgery history of the thyroid; 4. Women with severe internal and surgical diseases; 5. Women with severe genital malformation.
